Q: How do I make a purchase?

  • You can access the items and find what you are looking for on our website. We recommend for first timers to check out our Ongoing Deals category for easy viewing of all deals.
  • If you already know the brand or product that you wish to purchase, you may either use the search bar on the top right hand corner, or head to Ongoing Deals to select the brand. 

Q: I have a promo / discount code. How do I use it for an online purchase?

  • After carting out the items you would like to purchase, upon arriving at the checkout page, input code under 'Promo code' tab and discount will be automatically applied. Do note that only one promo code can be used per purchase. 

Q: How can I pay for my purchases?

  • We accept most major debit/credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paynow options.

Q: How do I know my purchase has been confirmed?

  • After successful cart out and payment, an email notification will be sent to your stated email address to confirm your order. Email confirmation includes the items you had purchased and various delivery dates / options.
  • However, If you do not receive any confirmation email (including junk/spam mail)l within the next 24 hours after successful payment, please alert us at and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Q: After adding items into the cart, are the items reserved automatically for me?

  • Unfortunately by adding the item into the cart does not reserve it or guarantee its availability as yet. Some of the high-demand items or limited quantity item(s) may go out of stock before the payment page. We highly recommend registering as a member on, in aiding to speed up the purchasing process and save time on future orders. 


Q: What are the delivery options?

  • You may receive you items via our in house courier either by:
    • Indicate your shipping address during check out
    • Or to combine with one of our friendly Groupbuy Hosts’ hosting locations. 
  • Contact us at if you prefer Option 2 and we will liaise with you on the nearest GroupBuy host available. Additional delivery fees may still apply for certain locations (eg: Tuas / Sentosa etc..)

Cancellation / Refund

Q: Can I cancel my order after payment has been made?

  • Please note that purchases cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable once order has been confirmed. 


Q: How can I exchange or return an item/s purchased?

  • We may offer a replacement / refund if the item/s that you order was delivered incorrectly / damaged to you. You will need to contact our friendly customer ambassador / group buy host within 24 hours from the time of your collection / delivery date. 
  • A said attached photo of the item/s is required. stRReam reserves the right to reject any returns if item/s does not fulfill any of the stated conditions.


Q: How long does it take to get my refund? 

  • The refund processing period may vary between 7 to 14 working days from the date that we received your request. An email notification will be made once the request has been approved in which the refund amount will be credited to the respective bank account / credit card statement that you have made the purchase with. All requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis.


Q: Will I be able to receive my voucher/s or promo code(s) values for my refund?

  • Please note that voucher/s and promo codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable.
