Vegetarian friendly, our home made vegetable pau is pack with fresh turnips, carrots and mushrooms. We make it a point to peel and shred our vegetables in-house so that we know what is going into our Homemade Vegetable Pau.
Key ingredients: Turnip, mushroom, carrot, vegetarian oyster sauce.
Instructions: Steam for 10 minutes or till hot.
